Shiatsu Workshops 26 - 29 April, 2008



Shi = finger, atsu = pressure massage, is a wonderfully effective form of bodywork incorporating techniques for relief of stress, tension & pain, and strengthen any weak areas by balancing acupuncture points, gentle stretching, corrective exercises and nutrition.
Zen Shiatsu has been used for many centuries in Japan for relaxation and sports injuries. It is often very effective for common ailments such as sciatica, back, neck and shoulder pain, migraine and headaches, digestive disorders, respiratory problems, menstrual difficulties, and general fatigue.

Diploma Class 26 - 29 April, 2008 (Sat to Tuesday) $2600 per year
(plus Sharda accommodation fees of $20 per night) (Dep $250)
Start of a 3 years part-time Diploma Course recognized by the Shiatsu Practitioners ASssoc & NZ Charter of Health Practitioners Inc.
There are 4-day residential classes every 2nd month (5 per year)
