Dr Pooja Maddela BNYS, PGDYN, DPT. Completed her degree and Post-graduate Diploma of Physiotherapy from India. Dr Maddela specializes in conducting workshops, applying the practices of yoga for healing and rejuvenation (Yoga Therapy) and is presently working as a Senior Tutor teaching Diploma of Yoga and Yoga Therapy at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies.

Caitlin Casey Dip Yoga, REPs registered. Caitlin’s style is flowing with a loving atmosphere. Currently the Director of Prema Yoga Titirangi, Caitlin teaches in both the private and public sectors including Les Mills.
